Salon Services
✅ No Refund Policy: Once a service has been availed, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will offer a complimentary correction.
✅ Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Academy Courses
✅ Course Fees: Fees paid for training programs are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue, you may request to reschedule your course within 30 days, subject to availability.
✅ Product & Kit Returns: Products or kits purchased for training cannot be returned once opened. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days with an original receipt.
Retail Products
✅ Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns of unused, unopened retail products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. No returns on used or opened products.
✅ Damaged Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon purchase, please report it within 24 hours for an exchange.
